Headshot Booth FAQs

Yes! We've set up headshot booths at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, Wyndham Grand, and Sheraton Hotel. We know the layouts, loading procedures, power locations, and lighting conditions at each venue – which means faster setup and fewer surprises on event day.
This depends on the event format and headshot booth visibility. We can accommodate 300 people per day per booth.

First Come, First Serve Line – ensures that your headshot booth will be popular, as the traffic generates attention and makes your booth a center of activity on the floor. Maximum capacity: 30 attendees/hour

Appointments – allows attendees to schedule appointments for specific times. Perfect for VIP lounges or luncheon specials. Guests can sign up for an appointment before or during the event: 20 attendees/hour

Our footprint is flexible. An ideal footprint for a headshot booth is 10×20, and we generally request a minimum of 10×10 space, but we've been known to get smaller, and we can also fill a larger space!
We will place your branding on custom data capture signup forms, individual attendee gallery headers, emails with options for marketing slides/videos, custom backdrops or even a client-provided custom wall. See a branded gallery here.
We will instantly deliver participant headshots via email. Each person will get a custom-branded private gallery. If you have custom protocols or security needs, then we are happy to accommodate. See a sample gallery here!
We bring pretty much all of the staff and equipment needed for a full headshot booth activation; all we need you to provide is:
  1. Access to 110V / 20A power source
  2. Access to a Wi-Fi network
  3. Two (2) highboy tables

Yes! We deliver a gallery of instantly retouched images to each attendee. Each person gets one retouching credit and they have the option to purchase additional images. When attendees see how awesome they look, they bring more foot traffic to your booth! See an example of instant retouching.
